DELIVERY, EXCHANGE, AND RETURN POLICY
National shipments: 2 to 4 business days. International shipments EU: 3 to 6 business days. Returns: Returns are accepted within the first 10 calendar days with the original packaging and in perfect condition. The package must be sent to the following address. Camino Sa Llavanera 149. 1.- Shipping
The user who makes a purchase at AGGA EYE WEAR accepts the order conditions once the payment is completed and the order is completed. This will be delivered by our express courier service within 3 to 5 business days at the indicated address.
At the time of delivery and in the absence of the customer, the order may be delivered to any responsible person of legal age who is at the address or destination indicated by providing their signature and ID. In the event that the person who places the order or another person who can receive it on their behalf is not found, the courier service will try to contact you, a maximum of two times, to arrange a new delivery.
Although it is not usual in high season and sales, delivery times may be affected and extended up to 7 to 10 business days from the date the order was placed.
2.- Exchange of products or returns
In the event that the user wants to make a product exchange for another offered in the store, they must open technical support within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the same and send it by their own means to the address that a member of the Technical support will facilitate, assuming the user the costs that this entails.
Once received by our technical support AGGA EYE WEAR has up to 3 business days to verify that it has not been used and that it is in perfect condition before proceeding to the return of the same that will be made in the same form of payment as the order original and with a maximum period of 14 business days. The company will reimburse the total value of the returned products except for shipping costs on orders less than € 60.
The package must be sent with the case and all the original packaging together with a paper copy of the order that we send to your email to facilitate the origin and the person who returns it. Consequently, the return of the first one will be managed and the user will be able to place another order completely independently.
The company is not responsible for possible loss, damage, or error in the address provided that the components of the package may suffer during their return journey to the origin. AGGA EYE WEAR recommends that the user request a tracking number from the transport company in order to have information about their shipment at all times. The user accepts that if the product arrives with any damage that it has suffered during the journey, it may suffer depreciation or that the company may reject its return.
In the case of payments made in Cash, the product can only be exchanged when it is defective.
3.- Returns for factory defects or within the warranty
In the event of a factory defect, the user must open incident support within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the order, explaining the defect and providing photos or videos to prove it. In this case, the costs of the return will be borne by the company.
Factory defects are those that; (1) disable any product for its intended use, (2) decrease its quality or usability, and (3) fall within the warranty period.
Once AGGA EYE WEAR receives user support and testing, it will inform you within 3 to 5 business days whether or not to proceed with the return of the product. In the event that AGGA proceeds to the return, it will indicate to the user the form of shipment to origin.
Each product that is returned must be unused and have all its labels, original packaging, and accessories that said product includes, as well as a paper copy of the order highlighting the product that is returned. In case the user does not proceed in this way, AGGA EYE WEAR reserves the right to reject the return.
Once the product has been received and the defects evaluated, AGGA EYE WEAR will proceed to send the same product if it is in stock or otherwise, it will give the user the possibility to exchange the product for another with similar characteristics for the same value, or by applying the price difference that could exist between them.
In the event that due to stock reasons this product is no longer in stock and the customer does not want to exchange it for a different one, they will also have the possibility to cancel the contract and request a refund of their money.
The delivery of the new product with the same characteristics or the new model chosen by the user, as appropriate, will be made within a period of 3 to 5 business days, from the date AGGA EYE WEAR approves the return or exchange for a new model. The shipping costs associated in case of change will not imply additional costs for the user.
If the user rescinds the purchase due to the non-existence of the product, AGGA EYE WEAR will proceed to the corresponding refund including shipping costs within a maximum period of 14 business days and in the same way in which the purchase was made (subject to bank availability). responsible for making the return)
5.- Cancellation of orders
AGGA EYE WEAR tries to always have the stock up to date, but taking into account that the order process may take between one and two days and the stock may not be completely updated instantly, it reserves the right to cancel the order completely or partially, previously notifying the user within the established period of two business days after the user’s purchase.
